Life is good...

Today we explored another terrific forest drive, did a bushwalk around a dam and saw more birds, then continued on through beautiful karri, marri and jarrah trees to some cascading falls and a pretty stream. At the end of that we went to a winery called Gloucester Ridge and sat on their verandah overlooking the vineyard and karri forest and had a lovely lunch- I had thai prawncakes, with mango and an avocado dressing- excellent! It was a warmer day today too.
Now we are relaxing with our fire going. This morning we lit the fire also and had breakfast outside (yummy French toast with strawberries) and watched all the birds. Some of the beautiful Australia ringneck parrots landed on our arms to take pieces of apple- it was terrific!
We leave here tomorrow for Walpole and more fun days ahead.
